Cindi Schoettler

Cindi Schoettler moved into the role of Director of Employee Engagement & Learning, after spending 20 years leading our client team in Seattle, now lead by Greg Swanson. Cindi joined ASI in 2004 after a ten-year career with Zevenbergen Capital Inc., where she served as Principal and Manager of Client Service.

Cindi has a huge passion for helping people. She loves learning someone’s story, their goals and hopes for the future, and then helping them get there. She enjoys working with a collaborative team to bring the best customized service in the industry and help clients understand their financial goals and feel safe and secure.

When she’s not working, Cindi loves to travel the world (she’s been to Africa, New Zealand, Paris, Italy, London, Amsterdam, Istanbul and counting), play shutterbug with her camera, visit local farmers’ markets, and facilitate motivational weekend retreats.

Over the years, Cindi has volunteered her time and talent for many local organizations including Islandwood, Angeline’s Women’s shelter, Northwest Harvest, Seattle Chamber of Commerce, YWCA, Patsy Collins Leadership Program and Junior Achievement.

As a Seattle native, Cindi grew up in Edmonds, Washington and received her degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Washington. She earned her Master Certification as an Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute. She is a creative human Geiger counter who loves to uncover what motivates people and help clients live their best lives. Cindi holds a Series 65 license and is a Certified Executive Coach.
